As Logistics Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and procedures.
Essential functions include:
Order Processing Management
Customer Order Plausibility Analysis
Planning / Booking / Transportation Orders
Coordination / Follow up of the Shipment
Customs Processing (Export/Import)
Documentation/Administration/Filing/Invoicing
Feedback to the Customer (Internal & External Reporting)
Operational Troubleshooting
Non-Conformance Reporting in accordance with KPIs
Profit and Loss Calculation per file
Cooperation with Approved Sub-contractors in accordance with agreed rates
Also responsible for:
End to End Processing
Punctual and Flawless Order Handling and Documentation
Contact with:
Operational - customer, ocean/air carriers, stevedoring / trucking companies
Accounting/Invoicing Department
Customs Department
Reports to:
Assistant Manager
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of detailed experience in logistics, forwarding operations/regulations, and documentation. Prefer a professional degree by a licensed educational institution with a specialization in logistics and forwarding. Must be PC literate with Microsoft applications and other market-leading software applications. Must have firm knowledge of at least two foreign business languages as well as initiative and a strong sense for organization in order to meet customer requirements.
