BDPCustomer.com is a new web-based internet service tool that brings together relevant customer transportation/logistics performance information along with online capabilities in a single, easy-to-use interactive web portal for BDP International and BDP Transport customers. BDPCustomer.com represents the first release for our new web-based business process and information technology (IT) initiative, BDPXpedion.

How do I get a BDPCustomer.com username and password?
You can request an account by clicking on Request Account, and fill out the short request form. Because of the confidential nature of information inside BDPCustomer.com, all requests for access go through an account approval process to ensure data security.

At the current time, during its introductory period, BDPCustomer.com will be available to customers at no cost. Future pricing models are being considered at this time.

What kind of security is in place for BDPCustomer.com?
BDPCustomer.com is very secure. In areas of the portal where company-specific data resides, customers have access only to their own business data. Customers cannot see any company-specific data other than their own. Because of the sensitive nature of the financial information contained within BDPData, access to BDPData is granted to customer representatives only with permission of that customers' management. SSL and digital certificates are used to ensure the security of all business data within BDPData.

A PC is required, as well as internet access from that PC. Internet Explorer V5.5 through V6.0 is required as your internet browser. In addition, BDPData requires the following hardware:

Disk Storage 50mb free space on C:\ drive
Operating System Windows 95, 98, NT or 2000
