We maintain, on BDPSmart, a data warehouse and report-writing system. This system allows BDP personnel, as well as our clients, to run and download a variety of relevant financial, operational and performance reports, including, but not limited to:

	Freight Spend by Carrier
	Document Distribution Timeliness
	B/L Dispatch Performance
	Carrier Performance
	Non-Conformance Events

All metrics are definable by: Date Range, Mode, Origin, Destination, Division, Carrier, Container Type, etc.

In essence, any order or logistics data that is loaded into the BDPSmart system can be utilized to run customized, client-generated reports. The BDPSmart system has a proven track record for value addition when monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators.
