named Michael Loup chief information officer. Reporting to BDP
President Richard J. Bolte, Jr., Loup will be responsible for
global strategy, planning and operation of the company’s
information systems and technology development activities.
Loup brings to BDP more than 20 years of experience in enterprise
technology, business consulting and international trade logistics.
He joins BDP from its Houston, Tex.-based Elite Group subsidiary,
where he was executive vice president responsible for global
strategy, e-business initiatives and strategic account management.
Previously, Loup was executive vice president of another Houston-based
enterprise, Penta, Inc., a software consulting firm he helped
found and whose proprietary audit and security software he co-authored.
