The Director of U.S. Customs' New York Office of Field Operations has issued an ABI administrative message announcing that Customs' offices at John F. Kennedy International Airport (Building #77) were to be open for commercial processing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2001.

Customs' ABI administrative message also states that Customs' offices at 1210 Corbin Street, Elizabeth, NJ were to be open for limited services at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2001.

According to Customs, business previously conducted at 6 World Trade Center will be processed at either the JFK Airport or Elizabeth, NJ locations. Customs states that additional security measures will be in place at both locations and that the parking facilities at the JFK Airport location will be limited.
