Mike Andaloro

CEO and President - BDP International

Michael Andaloro has been a career professional in the global transportation and logistics industry, performing in a variety of progressive operational leadership capacities for BDP International and its customers. Named CEO of the Company in 2021, Mike has overall responsibility for all aspects of BDP’s business strategy and execution throughout BDP’s global network of wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships around the world. He has worked closely with BDP’s global management teams to expand BDP's customer-centric services and solutions portfolio resulting in the company's impressive growth trajectory.

Noah Cepela

President, BridgeNet Solutions

Noah Cepela brings extensive background and experience to the role of President of BridgeNet Solutions. Noah joined the team in 2007, and he played a critical role in developing and implementing data and business processes that are currently in place today and was vital in transitioning the organization’s overall commercial strategy. Throughout his 13-year tenure with the company, Noah has held several leadership positions including Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Business Development. He is a graduate of The University of Illinois (Chicago) with a specialty in data science and applied analytics in Liberal Arts Discipline, and worked as a research associate for 2 years during this time period.

Tracy Dunnagan

Director of Global Compliance, BDP International

Tracy Dunnagan is the Director of Global Compliance for BDP International where she focuses on global trade compliance, trade management, and supply chain solutions that transform clients’ risk profile and optimizes their performance. Tracy has over 25 years of operational experience in trade compliance, supply chain,and import logistics. During her career, Tracy has held various roles in regulatory affairs, import management and international logistics, developing and utilizing her skills in risk based prioritization and management, compliance strategies, logistics operations, project management and process improvement. Tracy has been a licensed Customs Broker since 1996.

Michael Ford

Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs, BDP International

Michael Ford is a career professional in international transportation, specializing in import/export documentation and regulatory compliance. Mr. Ford's leadership in communication and system logic on governmental rules and regulations is central to BDP's ability to understand and resolve complex regulatory issues quickly, decisively and with minimal impact upon customers. Michael has been associated with BDP for more than 40 years.

Carmen Gerace

Chief Transportation Officer, BDP International

As Chief Transportation Officer, Carmen oversees all aspects of global transportation for BDP International, including the implementation of new transport solutions and product offerings while also developing future transport strategy. Throughout his 25+ career in the industry, he has held varying managerial and executive positions at BDP. Carmen is based in Philadelphia, PA

Hector Gonzalez

Chief Operations Officer, BDP International

Hector is a career professional and brings over 25 years of logistics industry experience to his role as Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BDP’s operations throughout its global network of wholly-owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships and works closely with Chief Executive Officer and other executive leaders to execute BDP’s strategic goals and drive opportunities for growth and service excellence. He joined BDP in February of 2015, and most recently served as BDP's Managing Director - North America Operations & Projects, Oil & Gas Division, where he oversaw operational strategy, financial performance, service requirements and execution, and new business development. Throughout his career, Hector served in various leadership roles including Vice President, Global Key Account Management; Director, Sales and Marketing Worldwide; Executive Vice President, Oil & Energy and Head of Oil & Energy Worldwide. Hector earned his MBA from Texas Tech University and resides in Montgomery, Texas with his wife and two children.

Dmitriy Ioffe

Global Chief Commercial Officer, ECU Worldwide

With 24 years of the industry experience, Dmitriy Ioffe, Global Chief Commercial Officer of ECU Worldwide brings an extensive market knowledge and deep understanding of logistics eco-systems. Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with degree in Business Administration, Dmitriy spent past 2 decades working in US and Asia in variety of commercial assignments. In his present role Dmitriy is responsible for all aspects of global commercial activities of Global LCL market leader - ECU Worldwide with sales team of 580 members through global network of 180 countries.

Peter McCrory

VP Economist Team, JP Morgan

Peter McCrory is an economist at J.P. Morgan covering the United States. He contributes to research and forecasting on all dimensions of the economy, including inflation, labor markets, economic growth, and monetary and fiscal policy. His research receives widespread attention in the popular press, including from the New York Times, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, and others. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he earned a PhD in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He has published in leading academic journals, including The Review of Economics and Statistics (MIT Press) and The Economic Journal (Oxford University Press). Prior to his PhD, he worked as a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

David Meyer

President, DJS International Services Inc.

David has been with DJS since 1997, when he started working part-time while completing a finance degree and a successful college baseball career at Texas Christian University. Under the guidance of his father-in-law and DJS founder, Darrell Sekin, David was eager to learn all aspects of the business, and quickly developed a keen insight into the industry. He is a licensed Customhouse Broker (CHB), a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), and has served for several years on the NCBFFA Customs Committee. David became Chief Operating Officer of DJS in 2005, President in 2015, and his visionary leadership continues to drive the growth of DJS.

Melissa Pinheiro

Corporate Compliance Manager, BDP International

When she joined BDP in 2004, Melissa Pinheiro brought a strong regulatory background and expertise in various aspects of import/export compliance. As Corporate Compliance Manager for BDP International, Melissa promotes compliance training and education, both internally at BDP, and externally for clients within the BDP family. She also assists BDP customers with some of the more complex regulatory issues that arise in their supply chains. Prior to joining BDP, Melissa was an associate with the international trade boutique law firm of Donohue and Donohue in Philadelphia, and worked in the Office of the United States Trade Representative in Washington, DC. Member, Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Bar of the Court of International Trade.

Stuart Sandlin

Senior Vice President, Hapag Lloyd

Stuart Sandlin is currently a Senior Vice President with Hapag-Lloyd based in Atlanta. Stuart is responsible for the sales teams managing our customers within the USA. With 10 sales offices throughout the USA, there are sales teams located near our customers to make sure we understand the drivers of our customer needs. Spending most of his career with Hapag-Lloyd, Stuart has held various positions in Texas, Georgia, New Jersey, and Hamburg.

Ryan Smith

Vice President, Intermodal Sales, Universal Intermodal Services

Ryan Smith is the Vice President of Intermodal Sales for Universal Intermodal Services. Ryan graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2003 and has been with Universal Intermodal Services for 16 years and held multiple positions in both operations and sales. He has relocated multiple times with the company with stints in Detroit, Norfolk, and Dallas. Ryan currently leads the sales national sales force and the interface between national customers and operations. He currently lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Julie and their newborn daughter, Gracie.

Gene Welsh

Executive Director, Ocean Transportation, BDP International

Gene Welsh started his logistics carrier with BDP in June of 2006. He completed his course of studies in May of 2001 at the University of Maryland. Gene has held various roles within the organization from Operations, Global Tender Management, and most notably as a leader for BDP’s Transportation segment since 2010. In Gene’s tenure at BDP he has directly supported the management and development of various key transportation solutions from an NVOCC perspective, and as a consultant to our BCO client supply chains. Today, Gene is BDP’s Executive Director, Ocean Transportation and is based in BDP’s Philadelphia Airport office located in Aston, PA. Gene resides in West Chester, PA and is a proud husband.

Park Williams

Vice-President, North America Sales, BDP International

Park Williams is the Vice President, North America Sales for BDP International. Park received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University. He began his career with a textile manufacturer in South Carolina, working his way through the ranks to lead their sales and distribution organizations. He then moved on BDP International in 2005 with various roles in operations to build a foundation in the business, then moved into a commercial role in 2011. In his current position, he leads a team of business development executives across North America with a focus on establishing and growing relationships with regional and global clients across a broad range of industry verticals. Park resides in the Isle of Palms, South Carolina with his fiancé Tricia Ory, and cherishes time outdoors with family and friends and his yellow lab Jasper.
