Head of Global Accounts and Commercial - CMA CGM Asia

Indika Dassanayake is the Head of Global Accounts and Commercial for CMA CGM is Asia Pacific Regional Office. Indika has 28 years of experience in the shipping industry covering Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Pakistan before moving to Singapore. He has held various management roles in Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Geographies. He helmed the commercial arm of APL prior to its acquisition by the CMA CGM Group. The group provides global supply chain services in shipping and logistics covering over 160 countries globally. Indika is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbroker’s, London. He is based in Singapore with his wife and son.

Gary Chan

Managing Director Asia Pacific - BDP International

Gary Chan, Managing Director Asia Pacific had been in shipping and logistics industry for almost 34 years, of which the last 25 years was with BDP International. Joined BDP Asia Pacific almost the same time the company started its expansion into Asia, which was the first region outside of USA, in its globalization pursuit. As Managing Director for Asia Pacific (excluding India) today, covering 11 countries with over 35 offices, the Asia management structure is lean and nimble, and is group into three sub-regions, North Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & South Korea), South Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Singapore) and Oceania Region (Australia & New Zealand), each comes under the leadership of a Regional Director.

Avery Tan

Director, Ocean Procurement & Pricing (Asia Pacific) - BDP International

Avery is currently the Asia Pacific director for ocean procurement for BDP and has been in the company for the past 6 years. He has been in the ocean industry for the past 27 years having started off his ocean logistics career in the then Port of Singapore Authority doing container terminal operations. Over the years, he has been exposed to various roles such as ocean operations, customer service, ocean procurement and account management. Having gone through various experiences in the ocean industry, he felt that the current ocean situation is still the most challenging one and is unprecedented.

Sid Haralalka

Digital Transformation Lead, Supply Chain and Operations, Accenture

Sid has over 17 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business development and digital implementation. In his current role at Accenture in Singapore, he is driving digital transformation programs for clients in Asia Pacific across industries, covering Manufacturing and Supply Chain. More recently, Sid is working with leading global consumer goods clients, helping them pivot wisely, balancing the transformation of core functions and incorporating the new – leading to resilience, growth and profitability. Prior to this, in his last role at IBM in New York, he managed the P/L for business analytics (shared services) for North America. Sid has led complex business engagements in North America, ASEAN, UK, Greater China and Japan.

Neil Wheeldon

Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer - BDP International

Neil Wheeldon is responsible for solutions and innovation within BDP heading an experienced team of analysts, consultants, and developers to support BDP customers in delivering their transformation and growth objectives. Neil holds master’s degrees in Business Administration, Business Law and Supply Chain Management as well as writing extensively on supply-chain, global trade, and digitization topics. As a supply-chain expert, Neil has worked extensively across the, retail, fashion, electronics, industrial manufacturing and chemicals industries in operations, strategy, transformation, and digitization roles focused on execution, growth, and transformation. Neil is a proud husband based in the Netherlands where he embraces is hobbies as a private pilot and formula 1 enthusiast.

Kala Anandarajah

Partner and Head, Competition & Antitrust and Trade - Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP

Kala Anandarajah, PBM, heads the Competition & Antitrust and Trade Practice. Lauded by clients as having “unrivalled knowledge and understanding of the law and uniquely able to understand very complicated businesses and their likely reactions” by Chambers AsiaPacific 2021, Anandarajah is a forerunner in her key practice areas, which are Competition (cartels, merger control, abuse etc), Trade (FTAs, customs, export control etc) & Consumer Protection (eCommerce), with strong secondary practices in Employment, Environmental & Sustainability. She is identified as a Thought Leader by Who’s Who Legal and has had many firsts in her career, handling difficult and complex matters. Anandarajah takes pride in ensuring that every piece of work she undertakes is targeted and focussed, addressing the specific need of the client in a practical business-oriented manner. That has kept her interest in the law ignited.

Winston Wong

Corporate Counsel APAC - BDP International

Winston Wong is the corporate counsel responsible for all legal and compliance matters for BDP International in the APAC region. Winston holds a master’s degree in law and has extensive experience of more than 25 years as a corporate counsel and legal practitioner in the APAC region in the areas of corporate, commercial, finance and employment laws. Winston is happily married with 2 daughters and based in Singapore where he enjoys walking and jogging, traveling, cooking and watching movies and his favorite team, Liverpool FC on television.

Mike Andaloro

CEO and President - BDP International

Michael Andaloro has been a career professional in the global transportation and logistics industry, performing in a variety of progressive operational leadership capacities for BDP International and its customers. Named CEO of the Company in 2021, Mike has overall responsibility for all aspects of BDP’s business strategy and execution throughout BDP’s global network of wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships around the world. He has worked closely with BDP’s global management teams to expand BDP's customer-centric services and solutions portfolio resulting in the company's impressive growth trajectory.
