Please join us as we introduce some of the modifications stated in the new trade agreement signed on November 31, 2018 and executed by the United States, Mexico, and Canada (USMCA). The new agreement replaces the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and changes will affect the automobile industry, pharmaceutical intellectual property, Canadian’s dairy market, Mexican’s labor regulations, digital trade, environmental protection, agricultural goods, financial services, and revision of agreements.
