South Carolina Port terminal status

January 3, 2017 - Based on current weather forecasts, South Carolina Ports Authority terminals in Charleston ceased operations at 10:00 AM today. 

This advisory is effective for Wando Welch Terminal, North Charleston Terminal, and Columbus Street Terminal. Inland Port Greer will remain open and operate under normal hours.

The ports will monitor the weather closely and still currently plan to reopen for operations at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 4. 

The safety of BDP employees is our top priority. Therefore due to current weather conditions BDP Charleston will be closed today, January 3rd. To mitigate any impact to our customers, employees with the ability to do so will work remotely. BDP is closely monitoring the weather conditions and will keep customers apprised of any new developments.
