May 14, 2018 - At least 18 people have been killed and dozens injured in multiple suicide bombings at three churches in Surabaya, Indonesia's second-largest city on Sunday. The blasts occurred within minutes of each other, just after 7.30am on Sunday morning as parishioners were heading into the churches for services.
This morning there was another attack at the local police base, right in front of BDP Surabaya office.
The safety and well being of BDP employees and their families are of the utmost importance. At this moment, all BDP employees in our Surabaya office are safe and seeking protection from the blast.
