Rich Bolte | Chairman & CEO | BDP International

Richard J. Bolte, Jr. joined BDP International in 1973. During his 45-year career with the company he has held positions covering a broad range of the firm's operations in global logistics and transportation.

Michael Ford | Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs | BDP International

Michael Ford is a career professional in international transportation, specializing in import/export documentation and regulatory compliance. Mr. Ford's leadership in communication and system logic on governmental rules and regulations is central to BDP's ability to understand and resolve complex regulatory issues quickly, decisively and with minimal impact upon customers. Mr. Ford has been associated with BDP for more than 40 years. 

Melissa Gordon Pinheiro | Corporate Compliance Manager | BDP International

As Corporate Compliance Manager for BDP International, Melissa handles compliance auditing, as well as compliance training and education, both within BDP and for many clients within the BDP family. Member, Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Bar of the Court of International Trade.

Allen Clifford | Executive Vice President | MSC 

Born and raised in New York City, Allen attended the University at Buffalo. He joined Deugro GmbH freight forwarding with particular attention to Middle East and German project cargoes Joined Containership Agency selling Italian Lines, Neptune Orient Lines and Bottachi Lines Joined Mediterranean Shipping Company in the United States as first employee. MSC today employees over 1200 people, specializing in the transport of containerized cargoto and from all regions of the world. In 1993, Allen was appointed Vice President of MSC. In 2005, he was appointed Executive Vice President of MSC, and in 2010 he was appointed President of Containerization and Intermodal Institute (CII) promoting the largest scholarship for deserving industry individuals. CII is also the originator of the annual Connie Award in New York and California, which started with containerization in 1957. 

Gene Welsh | Executive Director, Ocean Transportation | BDP International

Gene Welsh started his logistics carrier with BDP in June of 2006.  He completed his course of studies in May of 2001 at the University of Maryland.  Gene has held various roles within the organization from Operations, Global Tender Management, and most notably as a leader for BDP’s Transportation segment since 2010.  In Gene’s tenure at BDP he has directly supported the management and development of various key transportation solutions from an NVOCC perspective, and as a consultant to our BCO client supply chains. Today, Gene is BDP’s Executive Director, Ocean Transportation and is based in BDP’s Philadelphia Airport office located in Aston, PA.   Gene resides in West Chester, PA and is a proud husband. 

Tracy Dunnagan | Director of Global Compliance | BDP International

Tracy Dunnagan is the Director of Global Compliance for BDP International where she focuses on global trade compliance, trade management, and supply chain solutions that transform clients’ risk profile and optimizes their performance. Tracy has over 25 years of operational experience in trade compliance, supply chain, and import logistics.Tracy has been a licensed Customs Broker since 1996.

Marcel Pouliot | Lead Consultant | IQ Trucking

Marcel Pouliot, Lead Consultant with IQ Trucking, is a wellrounded  transportation executive, influential collaborator, and strategic leader. His professional background (P. Eng, MBA) and his encompassing experience over the years, from Operations to Industrial Services, Purchasing, Safety, and Fleet Innovation & Sustainability offer a unique and multifaceted expertise.  He is currently on the Board of the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) and is actively engaged with the Alberta Zero Emission Truck Electrification Collaboration (AZETEC) project.  His is well-known for his passion and dedication in the transportation industry and for his innovative leadership across Canada and the United States.
