Moving forward, holding ourselves accountable

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

A diverse workforce makes an innovative workplace. An inclusive, a resilient one. Together, an unstoppable community.

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment through the D&I Council - a group of employees championing change within BDP.

Diversity & Inclusion

We are taking action as ONE BDP to foster an environment that celebrates and welcomes everyone by furthering awareness, partnering with organizations in our industry and communities that share our beliefs, and ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally within the BDP community.
